Biography

Shehnaaz Gill is an actor, singer, and model. She has acted in several Hindi and Punjabi movies and television programs. Besides grabbing the third position in the reality TV show, Bigg Boss 13, Gill won the Bollywood Life Television Award (2021), along with Sidharth Shukla as the Best Social Media TV Couple. After completing her schooling at the Dalhousie Hilltop School, Gill graduated in commerce from the Lovely Professional University, Phagwara. Gill had a keen interest in acting and singing during her childhood. Her first modelling assignment was in Shiv Di Kitaab, a 2015 music video. She also appeared in the music videos Shartaan: Deep Bhangu feat. Shehnaz Kaur Gill (2016) and Rishtey Te Rishta (2016) and Karan Sehmbi & Tanishq Kaur: Pyar (2017). Gill started her acting career with Sat Shri Akaal England (2017), a Punjabi movie directed by Vikram Pradhan. Her second film was Kala Shah Kala (2019), in which she acted alongside Binnu Dhillon and Sargun Mehta. Gill has also appeared in movies like Daaka (2019), Silsila Sidnaaz Ka (2021), and Honsla Rakh (2021).
